Great location near Virginia Tech.

My stay was a complete disaster. I was assigned to a room with a broken locking mechanism, which made me feel incredibly unsafe as a solo traveler. After expressing my concerns, I was moved to another room, but it had issues too, including a non-working phone, which added to my feeling of insecurity. Overall, the lack of attention to safety and maintenance issues left me frustrated and disappointed.

we recently stayed for 2 nights and the experience was better than our previous visits to christiansburg. the room was spacious and well-maintained, and breakfast included fresh pastries and a good selection of fruit. each stroll around the hotel felt welcoming with the updated decor throughout.

I had a great time bringing my pooch along. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super friendly. The breakfast had nice pastries, which was a bonus! Only thing is, the Wi-Fi was kinda slow for working. Overall, a comfy place for a night with my family.

This place was a great fit for my short trip in Christiansburg with fantastic value for money. The room had a nice amount of space despite a few maintenance issues, which I appreciated. I'd recommend checking the bathroom fixtures when you get in.

The staff here were incredibly nice, very accommodating during check-in. The Queen Room was spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. However, check-in took forever since the front desk computers weren’t working. The noise from the hallway and pool area was really disruptive. I couldn’t get any sleep with people running around and yelling. My door didn’t fit properly in the frame, creating a gap allowing sound to travel in. Breakfast options were just okay, with limited choices by the time I arrived. Overall, I felt the room needed better maintenance. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made the experience somewhat better.
